We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible so you can enjoy your products without delay.
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). During busy periods such as launches or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.
UK Shipping
- Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Delivery times and costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.
Delays
While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to postal service disruptions or high demand. Cônelle Cosmetics is not responsible for delays once your order has been shipped.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Damaged,Lost or Missing Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at ellamcconnell@conelle.ie and we will do our best to assist you.
Once your order has been dispatched, it is in the care of the delivery service, and any issues during transit fall under their responsibility. We recommend keeping all packaging, taking clear photos of the parcel and its contents, and contacting the courier with this evidence to support your claim. If you need any assistance or documentation from us to help with your report, please don’t hesitate to get in touch and we will do our best to support you.
